陸橋のように見えますが、実際には離れており、この間はフェリーで移動します。
ちなみに、インド、スリランカともに島の上に雲がありますが、雲ができるための3点セットは、水蒸気、雲粒の核となるもの（空気中のちりや氷の粒など）、上昇気流です。日射で暖められた島の空気が上昇気流になり、冷えて雲を形成しているものと思われます。

Further, clouds are seen over both India and Sri Lanka. 3 necessary elements to form a cloud are water vapor, substance to be the core of clouds and thermal. Here, heated air on the land becomes thermal, pusing water vapor up, where they are cooled and turn to clouds.
