[:ja]中国の湯洪波宇宙飛行士が神舟12号から撮影した中国新疆ウイグル自治区のボステン湖です。
ボステン湖（博斯騰湖／バグラシュ湖）は、中央アジア・タリム盆地の北東縁にある淡水湖です。一帯は現在中国・新疆ウイグル自治区バインゴリン・モンゴル自治州バグラシュ県（博湖県）となっています。湖の主たる水源は開都河であり、そのまた水源は天山山脈の雪解け水です。この湖から流れ出る孔雀河は、タリム川の支流のひとつであり、かつてはロプノールに注いでいましたが、現在下流域は干上がっています。近年では、開都河流域の水利用が増えたことなどからボステン湖への流入量は減少し、最近10年でほぼ半減しており、水質もわずかながら塩水湖に近づきつつあるといわれています。

Bosten Lake (博斯騰湖, Baghrash) is a freshwater lake on the northeastern rim of the Tarim Basin in the Bayin’gholin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture. Covering an area of about 1,000km2, it is the largest lake in Xinjiang and one of the largest inland freshwater lakes in China. Bosten lake receives water inflow from a catchment area of 56,000km2. The Kaidu River is the most important tributary to Lake Bosten, accounting for about 83% of its water inflow, other significant tributaries are the Huangshui Ditch, the Qingshui River, and Wulasite River.
