ISSが大西洋の西方から欧州大陸に近づくと、昔の航海士のように、まずブルターニュの灯が見えてきた、とコメントしています。

ブルターニュはカルナック列石に代表される巨石文化、クレープや塩バターキャラメルなど、フランスの中でも独特の文化を持っています。

ブルターニュの海岸は、多くの崖やリアス式海岸、岬のある非常に入り組んだ形状になっており、岩がちの海岸、コート・ド・グラニ・ローズの様子はこちらです。

Astronaut Thomas Pesquet onboard ISS captured 🇫🇷France’s Brittany. Brittany is a north western peninsula bordered by the English Channel to the north, the Celtic Sea and the Atlantic Ocean to the west, and the Bay of Biscay to the south.

As ISS approached the European Continent from west, as he commented, “I noticed the Brittany lights first, like many sailors before me!”

Brittany has a peculiar culture within France, represented by large stones such as the Carnac Stones, crepes and butter caramels.

Breton coast is very indented with many cliffs, rias and capes. The image of the Pink Granite Coast is as follows.
