Astronaut Thomas Pesquet captured from ISS beautiful cloudscape. Clouds exhibit various amazing forms. According to NASA’s report, 67% of Earth’s surface is typically covered by clouds.

The sea covers over 70.8% of the Earth’s surface and it moderates the Earth’s climate and has important roles in the water cycle, carbon cycle, and nitrogen cycle. IPCC Fifth Assessment Report states the the average sea level increased by 0.19m during 1901-2010 and it is expected to continue to rise by 0.45-0.82m compared to the average of 1986-2005 by the end of 21st century in the worst case.
