Queen Elizabeth II, the UK’s longest-serving monarch, has passed away on Sept. 8, 2022, at Balmoral aged 96, after reigning for 70 years. People worldwide has paid tribute to Her Majesty, for the tremendous loss to the international community. Our thoughts are with all of U.K. people. As a crowd gathered in front of the London residence to pay their respects to Her Majesty, they witnessed a double rainbow over the palace following a heavy downpour. (Credit: Robert Hines, NASA)
