[:ja]大西宇宙飛行士がISSから撮影した、ギリシャと数々の歴史上の伝説を生んできたエーゲ海です。首都アテネや第2の都市テッサロニキはやや色が異なり、宇宙からも都市であることがわかります。
アテネ市内には様々な異なった建築様式の建物が含まれ、その範囲はグレコ・ローマンや新古典主義建築、現代建築と幅広い。これらは同一の地区で見ることが出来、アテネでは建築様式に一貫性があるわけではありません。

Astronaut Onishi captured from ISS Greece and Agean Sea which has various legends passed on since the ancient times. Athens, the capital city, and Thessaloniki, the second largest city of Greece, have different colors which can be recognized from space, too.
Athens incorporates architectural styles ranging from Greco-Roman and Neoclassical to modern times. They are often to be found in the same areas, as Athens is not marked by a uniformity of architectural style.
