ちなみに月はどのようにできたのでしょうか?

親子説、兄弟説、他人説(キャプチャー)などがありますが、これまで有力視されてきたのは、ジャイアント・インパクト説でした。この説では、月は原始地球と火星ほどの大きさの天体が激突した結果形成されたとされています。最近では、地球と月の成分構成などから疑問を唱える学者もおり、2017年には複数衝突説が発表されています。

How was the Moon created?

There are 4 theories: Fission, Co-accretion, Capture and Giant Impact Hypotheses and among these, Giant Impact is the most favored scientific hypothesis for the formation of the Moon. The hypothesis suggests that the Moon formed out of the debris left over from a collision between Earth and an astronomical body the size of Mars, approximately 4.5 billion years ago.
