サルデーニャは、イタリア半島西方、コルシカ島の南の地中海に位置するイタリア領の島で、地中海ではシチリア島に次いで2番目に大きな島です。地中海性気候に属し、春と秋は暖かく、夏は暑く、冬は穏やかです。
