[:ja]ESAの地球観測衛星Sentinel-2Aが撮影した、グリーンランドのイナルスイトに接近する氷山です。
7月に1000万トンもの氷山が、グリーンランド北西のイナルスイト村に接近しました。氷山は水面から90mも出ており、氷山によって発生した波が村を飲み込む勢いであったと報告されています。

ESA’s Sentinel-2A satellite captured the iceberg approaching Innaarsuit, Greenland.
In July 2018, an iceberg weighing more than 10 million tons parked itself just offshore of Innaarsuit, a small island village in northwestern Greenland. Ground-based photographs and videos showed the massive chunk of ice as it loomed over the small village. Various news media reported that the berg stood 90m above the water line.
The local scenery on the ground is as follows.
