[:ja]欧州宇宙機関ESAの地球観測衛星Sentinel-2が今年の4月5日に撮影した、カザフスタンのアラコル湖です。大きい氷塊が見えます。
この塩湖は冬の間2ヶ月間に渡り凍り付き、この画像が示しているように春先に氷が溶け始めます。

On April 5, 2016, ESA’s Sentinel-2 captured Kazakhstan’s Alakol Lake with floating large chunks of broken ice.
This salt lake usually freezes for about two months at the end of winter, and breaks up in early spring which is shown on this image.
