Astronaut Andrew Morgan captured from ISS beautiful Geneve, Switzerland.

Geneva is located on Lake Leman and is the second-most populous city (population: approx. 200,000) in Switzerland after Zurich. Geneva is a global city, a financial centre, and a worldwide centre for diplomacy due to the presence of numerous international organizations, including the headquarters of many agencies of the United Nations and the Red Cross. The city hosts the highest number of international organizations in the world. On March 3, 2020, IOC Executive Board meeting was held in Geneve, discussing concerns over the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on this year’s Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo. Officials from the IOC and Tokyo 2020 have repeatedly stressed the Games will go ahead as planned, despite the outbreak of the virus COVID-19.
