[:ja]南シナ海で発達した台風23号は北西に移動し、ベトナムに上陸後、勢力を弱め、11月4日にはカンボジアで熱帯低気圧に変わりました。台風が上陸したベトナムでは大雨や暴風に見舞われ、建物が倒壊する等の被害が出ました。

Astronaut Paolo Nespoli captured from ISS Typhoon Damrey slamming into Vietnam’s south-central coast on Nov. 4, killing at least 15 people and leaving four others missing. The typhoon destroyed 302 homes and blew roofs off of more than 25,000 others.
We hope the casualty would not expand further.
