[:ja]トマ・ペスケ宇宙飛行士がISSから撮影した美しい日の出か日の入りで、ペスケさんもどちらかわからないことがよくあるとコメントしています。ISSは時速約28000kmで飛行し、90分で地球を1周するため、1日で16回前後の日の出と日の入りを見られますが、ISSの進行方向に対して前方にある場合は日の出で、後方にある場合は日の入りになります。この画像は日の出だそうです。

[Earthview Wonders] No.1547: Sunrise or Sunset

Astronaut Thomas Pesquet captured from ISS beautiful sunrise or sunset, and he comments that it is not always easy to tell which. ISS flies at 28000km/h, goes around the Earth every 90 minutes, witnessing about 16 sunrises and sunsets a day. According to Mr. Pesquet, a sunrise is always in front and a sunset behind. And, this photo shows sunrise.
