NOAA’s NOAA-20 satellite captured the Cyclone Tej making landfall in Arabian Peninsula.

Tropical Cyclone Tej made landfall over the Arabian Peninsula on Oct. 23, 2023. While the southern part of the peninsula including Oman and Yemen receives little rainfall, with annual rainfall in Muscat averaging 100mm, Cyclone Tej dropped up to 500mm of rain in some locations.
