Astronaut Soichi Noguchicaptured from ISS Isola Piana, Sardinia, Italy.

Isola Piana is an uninhabited island located between Asinara to the north and Capo Falcone to the south-west, in the extreme north-west of Sardinia. Administratively it is part of the municipality of Porto Torres. It is also known for having been owned by the Berlinguer family for decades. The flora of the island consists solely of Mediterranean maquis, with the prevalence of mastic, Lycian juniper and a moderate presence of leeks.
The local scenery on the ground is as follows.
