Astronaut Sergey Kud-Sverchkov captured from ISS Venice (Venezia), “City of Water”, “Queen of the Adriatic” of Italy.

Venice is a fish-shaped island made of many small islands. It is situated across a group of 117 small islands that are separated by canals and linked by bridges. These are located in the shallow Venetian Lagoon, an enclosed bay that lies between the mouths of the Po and the Piave Rivers.
The local scenery on the ground is as follows.
